Questions from cat moms

❓ Can my cat escape?
The zip door has a pull protector and the mesh is thickened with double-reinforced stitching, so it's built to keep curious paws in. Always stay close and supervise your pet while they play.

❓ What size pets does it fit?
It's 27.5" x 27.5" when open, which suits most cats, small dogs, rabbits and guinea pigs up to about 15–20 lbs.

❓ Can I use it on a balcony or indoors?
Yes. Use it on the lawn, a balcony, patio, at the park, at a campsite, or inside the house.

❓ How do I fold it away?
The spring-steel frame pops open on its own and twists flat for storage or travel.

❓ How do I clean it?
Wipe it down, or hand wash with mild soap and let it air dry.

❓ How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 2–5 business days and usually arrive in 10–15 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
